This patch

Is so broken  Quite broken in fact.

I’ve not noticed anything yet, care to elaborate? And have you made bug reports about the issues?

The servers have been pretty iffy for me. I kept lagging’s massively and I had to ALT+F4 out and relaunch the game.

maybe he refers to the new archaeology/technoscrying

Yes, He does

The entire game has been broken since before launch for some Radeon owners such as my self, unless you consider freezing normal once a day requiring hard reset or having to play on linux

I’ve not noticed anything bad yet as I’ve just now started these quests. Just now about to do this big dig to see what happens.

Also thinking about Archaeology, I need to get 50 more points to get it finally at 900. Been sitting at 850 since I stopped playing near the end of BFA.

one of the things that I don’t find very working is that on the excavation quests, everyone who arrives talks to the NPC and this makes you restart the excavation while you’re already working on it; maybe it was because yesterday was the first day and many had new quests to do, I hope that over time the interest in this type of activity decreases and we can complete the quests more easily

just a bit of lag during superbloom but for me is goin smooth (even archeo event)

the event is a copy/paste of the Tuskarr event, it’s impossible to get the programming wrong

The mac client is literally unusable if you have any addons that want to get the names of the classes.

DX12 doesn’t work on AMD GPU’s.

So I’d describe that as kinda broken.

I was doing a HC raid last night and when we got to smolderon the que bugged so we couldn’t list our group…
Only issue I’ve had…i mean gilneas is supposed to be empty isn’t it :eyes:

leveling an alt in emerald dream and at one point the quests bug out when you need to fly to the raid and you cant turn in the quest. restart quest doesnt work because then the dragon disappears.

I mean, ngl… thats your first mistake right there…

Kidding aside, i assume you’ve updated all your drivers. Also addons are community driven, so will take some time before its up to date.

I mean I’m using it for many other things as well such as AI research.

But seriously, the M3 Max is an INSANE chip for gaming. It runs WoW at 4K 8/10 settings 60-120 FPS and the fan barely spins. Not even in Valdrakken. I legit cannot hear it, while my PC doing the same thing noticeably heats the room and would sound like a jet engine if it weren’t so large and full of large coolers…

It’s a very good computer for playing WoW. Assuming Blizzard didn’t break it, that is…

The problem with macs for gaming is that they’re too expensive, so gamers aren’t on the platform, so game makers aren’t on the platform. But WoW is an exception.

There is no such thing as drivers on macOS. Well, technically there is and they’re called kext (kernel extensions) but since you get all the updates with updates for the OS itself and no newer or different versions exist, it doesn’t really matter.

Or the Dracthyr flying blocked by invisible walls mid flight when changing shards :sweat_smile:
