Yes, or make friends 
People prefer DPSing for the same reasons you do. Hence your role is abundant and gets cherry picked.
First off wich class? Secondly your dps like litteral 80% of the community.
When my friend and I (tank and healer) open a queue, there’s a dissertation of dps on 100 pages within first few minutes. Do you really think that you are that special and should be invited the moment you hit “join”?

People playing with whomever they want is not a “system”. You want to force players to invite you even if there’s better applicants available to them.

I don’t want to “Wait” to play the game that i am paying for… and since M+ is the only enjoyable content, there’s gotta be a better system to get people into groups faster.

Sure there is. Grab a gun and go get rid of all your opponents so that there’s only you in the queue

Why is it Whiny to want to make the game better for everyone?
If it’s really 100+ DPS in queue as soon as a key is listed, why not somehow make a better system?
This can’t be good or healthy for the game
“Somehow” is that spell in your spell book that is never used. You can’t magically change the amount of people choosing to play a particular role.
I’m not a dev.
I’m sure they could figure out something.
Because at this point everything in WoW is the result of compromise. You can’t make the game better for X without making it worse for Y.
If you have any specific suggestions that would benefit everyone, feel free to share. We can also ask blizz but it’s like talking to God -a one way communication.

I just don’t understand why the devs of the game leave in system where people have to sit around until they give up and quit.
How can that be good for the game?
And it’s not their problem either. The abundance of players choosing one role is not the game issue, thus, it’s not something to be addressed by Blizz. Coming here and demanding “do something” is not “trying to make game better”. It’s just you drowning us with your frustration, which is unhealthy in all ways possible.

Snarky people like you would just hate on me if i ever tried to tank.
So it’s not like i can try and sign up as tank.
I just have dps as the only option.
And this is the game problem becaaause…?
Despite there being classes with no tank/healer specs at all.
They should to make dungeons to be six person instances which would enabled four DD to join.
That’s not blizzard’s fault, and hate against tanks/heals is extremely rare in 18ish keys at least. I’m guessing people are just terrified of it so they don’t even try those roles.
Which still isn’t on blizz.
