Thorghast Kyrian Covenant Anima Power bugged

Hi,

I just wanted to cross check if anybody else is having troubles with the anima power
, which increases elysian degree damage for 10% every second if it is off cooldown up to 300%.

I got that power and elysian degree dealt the same damage no matter the stacks. They got consumed thought.

Can anybody confirm?

Yes I can confirm it. And also mask of the winged dominator does absolutely nothing. Please make sure to submit a bug report in-game.
