Three lore characters that I

Right.

How is that anything new in this clusterpoop of lore xD?

I want to play as a Genderfluid Communist Paladin!

With love,
Hala

Yeah, but he did not really confirm it, nor denied it. Kinda dropped a bomb saying she might have been behind it. Only time will tell where lies the Dark Ladies true intentions - obviously not with Horde, but still.

Kill three lore characters… hmm.

In no particular order, Genn, Odyn and Tyrande.

Also, as for the original question as do anything with three lore characters, let’s say… marry, just for the fun of it.

So, Sylvanas first. Because she’s the most powerful political character on Azeroth right now (The High King of the Alliance actually holds less sway over the faction then the Warchief of the Horde) so I’d wanna be on her good side.

Second, Lor’themar due to the sheer amount of him being hot.

And lastly, Malfurion. Now, I know he was utterly useless and cringey in Legion. But I’m pretty sure he made up for that in the Darkshore cinematic.
He’s also easily the most powerful mortal in existence. Like it or not, Knaak’s Stormrage and WotA books are still canon. And as long as they are, Furion is an utter god.

Want to see more of / have a bigger play in the story.

  1. Magatha Grimtotem, one of the most powerfull Tauren Shaman, The Horde could use more Shaman leaders, and he Tauren in general are low on leadertype characters. Since this is BFA and Sylvanas is leading the Horde now would be a perfect time for her to step forward.

Not only was Magatha a staunch supporter of the Forsaken joining the Horde and so a natural ally to Sylvanas, the Tauren people are also under threat by forces inside and out of the Horde. The Grimtotem were the vowed defenders of the Tauren people, atleast so they think.

  1. Jevan Grimtotem, a.k.a Stormsong, this character could be one the Horde currently lacks(A Shaman leader), or more importantly the Tauren desperatly need to get them out of that pacifist pit the writers have thrown them into.

A friend to Baine in the past, but now that there’s is the big chance of Baine being confined to a jail cell and him failing his people, Stormsong would be a good candidate to step up, if only to act as a counterbalance ‘poor Baine’…and the Tauren as a whole desperatly need to stay interresting to not just pacifist victim wannabes.

  1. Jale Rivermane, I would like to see this lovable old wisewoman return, again a Shaman, the Horde needs her guidance and the Rivermane are excellent healers and farmers, both necessities of the living side of both peace and wartime.
I always thought her and Lassan were the more interresting chiefs(sadly the Bloodtotem were written off as 'only’being worth noting as Feltotem, as I thought theirs was a cool concept). I would like to see more of Jale and Lassan both anyway.

One honorable mention, Hamuul Runetotem.

He’s being wasted just standing there with Magni, he’s a great character that desevers more spotlight, I would love so much for this neutral faction stuff to dissapear, it would make sense with events in BFA for the Earthen Ring to become the Horde’s covenant of Druids and Shaman with Hamuul as it’s leader.

And the Cenarion Circle to be the Alliance equivalent with Malfurion as theirs.

It’s just going to be a part of her dialogue during inevitably fighting her as a boss. It will be some sort of trigger to announce her into the 2nd or final phase of the fight.

"Hah hah hah! Those pathetic soldiers of the Wrathgate did not expect my plan! And those fools… It was SO EASY to shift the blame onto Varimathras who thought to turn tables on me.

And now you TOO ARE FOOLED!

MAWHAUHAUHAUHAU!!!"

They should have let the legion writers of sylvanas continue the job instead of what we have now.

Crab guy - Sylvanas

Blue guy - Nathanos

Green guy and the rest of his crew - Baine and the Horde

Sylvanas : “I have no choice, times have changed. fear isn’t enough anymore”

Nathanos : “But killing our own soldiers”

Sylvanas : “I’ll kill a thousand Horde soldiers before I die and I will silence anyone who gets in my way!”

Baine talking to the Horde leadership: "I dunno’ about you guys but she sure does seem evil". *plays the Wrathgate scene.

But she killed Cairne! I think thats unforgivable.
Garrosh’s mess is her fault, because without her Garrosh would have been beaten to mush by Cairne.

Be honest to yourself. How much worse than Baine could she be at one point? Just like Saurfang, Baine is one of the Anduin fanclub henchmen now, destinied to undermine his own faction from the inside.

Baine has no backbone and goes the Treachery route instead of standing up for his beliefs, Magatha went the treachery route and has no morals. So Baine > Magatha. Still dislike his doing in the form we will get.

Oh please, any time he does stand up for his beliefs he just gets called a traitor.

You can’t win as Baine, do nothing and people call you spineless but do something and people call you traitor.

The way to go, to stand up to his beliefs would have been to challange Sylvanas openly. Not to sabotage her plans behind her back.

The way he did it, he betrayed the Horde Way, and his Oath.

You don’t see anyone calling Vol’jin a traitor. He challanged Garrosh and won, like a good Horde leader does it.
