Throne of the Four Winds currently has 2 bugs that make completing the achievement “Stay Chill” impossible.
Firstly, the Jet Stream bridges are randomly despawning. Secondly, Nezir is constantly at max energy which makes it impossible to get 7 stack of Wind Chill for the achievement, because he is constantly using his ultimate ability and is not applying enough stacks.
This has been happening for more than a week and has been reported a lot of times!
