I’ve seen a post about it at US forum but still wanted to mention here. At Throne of the Four Winds Airbridges doesn’t work properly and boss nezir has full mana all the time so he doesnt stop casting “Sleet Storm”.
I was trying to do “Stay Chill” achievement but ran into this bug.

ohmygod! Thanks i thought im the only one! Yes i watched so many videos how to get the “Stay Chill” achievement but the Wind bridges just stop working forcing to wait at the edges and losing the debuff for the achievment also he has full Mana all the time and cast “sleet Storm” incessantly. Reading that this is a common problem gives me hope because i thought i had to give up on the achievement.
Edit: It’s still possibly to solo this Raid in all difficultys but getting the achievemnt “Stay Chill” is impossible with this bug.

Having the same issue, he won’t cast the debuff often enough to get it to stack, he just stands there casting Sleet Storm in the middle of the platform with his 100% heal reduction
edit: I attempted it once before the shadowlands release and this mechanic was working fine, but I messed up this achievement, then I tried again after the release and it was broken in this way

Yep, tried multiple times and it is impossible to do the achievement. The damages the boss deals aren’t scaled properly so you actually die too quickly so you can’t even try to wait long enough to see if rng props the 7 stacks
