Thundercall not dropping from Asaad in Vortex Pinnacle

Made a ticket for this (Ticket Number: EU99371382) and it was advised to post it here too:

According to your Dungeon Journal, the boss Asaad in Vortex Pinnacle is supposed to drop the bow called “Thundercall”. However, there have been no reported drops after Vortex Pinnacle was in the M+ season last year.

I put in the effort:
Myself i have done 200 runs the last month (40 days of 5 runs every single day)

Every other item dropped at least 33 times, most way over 40 times. But not a single Thundercall.

if it was a 3% drop, 99.8% of the people would have received it in that time. But it’s not just me, noone is getting it.
AllTheThings addon has also listed it as ‘unobtainable’

So please either update the Dungeon journal and remove the item or check why it is not dropping. Simply saying “yea it drops, it’s just rare” is not sufficient anymore in this case.

I would do a bug report in game as well if I were you. Those go direct to Devs but you won’t get a response
