Hi guys, so I was doing the Vault of the Wardens for reasons unrelated to the bindings of the windlord. Somehow, I got the binding, so I decided to get the other binding. Keep in mind, I am not on the quest for the hidden artifact appearance. As of now, I have both bindings, and the reagent required. However, I’m sort of stuck at the moment, not knowing where to start to quest or where to go. I would appreciate some guidance. I know I could search on youtube. However, most of the videos I searched for are either vague or useless.
