Thunderfury Transmog

I was wondering if you can still get the thunderfury transmog appearance in BFA (i dont mean the rogue artifact appearance). I know that you can still get the warglaives of azzinoth but i dont know about the other legendaries.

Yes you can, complete the quests to make it.

I usually run with Thunderfury, the lightning effect while slashing & dashing is like a mini light show.
Or I use Phantom-Blade
