Thunderstorm's knockback

So, way too many times I have 1-2 melees on me, sometimes even more, and my thunderstorm won’t knock them back. This is particularly bad in arena, having cost me several games already. Blizz, what’s up with this? Everything ok, buddies?

Have noticed it as well, I was like whooooooooooot mon?

the enemy stock in every pixel while dks pull pull over all object like rocks…
Many times wont work the thunderstorm when enemy use some skill in same time when use ts
This was problem in legion and now bfa just nothing happen…

Glad I’m not the only one to notice this.

What’s melee range these days?

Thunderstorm only has an 10yd range but I swear some of these melee are hitting me from 15yds+ away.

I’m curious, you know that melee-leeway stuff that put into Classic? Is that in retail as well?

Honest to god, some of these guys are auto-attacking/using melee range abilities at 15yrds.

And it’s not just balance affinity or whatever combat rogues get.

Blizzard? I’m paying for this, how come you don’t give any feedback?

i´ve had the same issue during arenas, its a terrible feeling seeing Thunderstorm failing for an unknown reason, either doesn’t push at all (why?bug?some sort of dr?) or since the push makes the character fly at a low height it will just clip into some small step. For instance in Mugambala arena, if you go up the stairs and push melee down with TS they can get stuck on the floor due to clipping into a slight elevation, same happens in Nagrand arena since ITS NOT COMPLETELY flat and therefore does not push the correct amount.

its frustrating and could use a fix since Legion, at least make the character fly higher (not asking to send further but higher) so it doesn’t get stuck on sand grains and ants passing by.

Had this too. Cost me a spirit healer visit many times…

Did Thunderstorm used to have a bigger knockback?

I swear when it was first introduced I could hit anyone in the center of the Eye of the Storm battleground and they would go soaring into the distance.

Now I’d be lucky to hit them, and even luckier to send them to the edge of the cliff.

I think there are many problems, among them so many classes having immunities to displacement effects during certain cooldowns, diminishing returns because a lot of classes have knockbacks these days, unfortunate times when you try to knockback a rooted opponent…also, as has been said, suspected buggyness, but with so many reasons why it can fail, it’s hard to tell imo
