I would like to ask what happened to game support? Is it all just AI ramble and no human interaction? I got suspended yesterday. Account silenced for 1 hour. “Inappropriate name” . It was confusing, because I was not aware of any issue, same as no one else said anything. I opened appeal-ticket where I asked what is wrong. I simply wanted to make sure there wont be any future issues. After 1 hour, account restart and lets continue playing. Ticket still opened. No answer from anyone. Today, 1 day after I opened the ticket - account suspended for 24 hours. No more playing. For the same issue. Still no answer from Blizzard. Some automated process im sure. Cant open any ticket and ask for support. It says my limit for ticket is full - because of the one where I got no answer… No phone number I can call. No live chat. Nothing.
Suspension, appeals and bans cannot be discussed on the forums so the thread will likely get closed sooner or later.
Did you rename the reported character back to the name which was reported? That would easily explain the longer suspension.
Im not appealing any issues or suspensions. I wanted to ask community how does it work with support now? No answer to tickets for days are standard now? Seriously only AI and no contact, no phone, no live chat anymore? Im from EU. Im back playing wow after more than 2 years
If that’s what you wanted you probably should have posted on the general discussion forums rather than CS forums, or done cursory search to find several threads both here and elsewhere discussing about Blizzard CS. Personally I don’t have any recent experiences with CS so I can’t really comment on that.

I see. Well, generally, GM’s don’t discuss the finer details so they won’t tell you what is exactly wrong or whether if there will be future issues.
You may self flag any other name you’d think is offensive though, but they won’t clear them as in “won’t be actioned, ever”
I’m quite sure if you’re a human you can discern your own contradiction if you compare these 2.
If not, I will reveal to you: If it’s “AI/automated process” then you’d have received an answer within seconds. But 1 day later, you still got nothing. Not even an answer resembling an “AI ramble”, which is commonly known as a service “template” that professionals use to cut down in answer times and maintain uniform responses.
That already existed way long before the gimmicky “AI” thing is being thrown around.
You could’ve not appealed through those options anyway. Blizzard removed the phone number longer than 2 years ago that you last played and livechat some time ago. Ticket lines are still manned 24/7 as the other region takes it over from the sleeping region in rotating duties as you may experience, a hopefully not long queue.
