Hey guys, I’m getting replies from. Tickets I opened a year ago, which have already been resolved, just curious why my email address is being spammed by responses to tickets that were resolved and closed over a year ago?

It could be a bug they have just solved.
Yes the ticket was resolved and closed last November.
13 months? They must have done something about tickets that people never filled in the survey for.

Sorry for the confusion. Some automated emails were indeed and recently sent to players who were originally never sent, due to a technical issue. If you’ve received such an email, you can safely ignore it.
