Hello everyone.
I know Blizzard is recently drowning in tickets, I know new expansion is coming, I know they fired many CS staff (?), etc., so I don’t wish to be impatient and I have some understanding for 1-2 week delays.
However, I wish to access my old unused battle net account (which has all my information), but the only way is to use authenticator. No mail / sms / other option, no secret question, nothing, just authenticator. Since I sadly lost access to it, I opened ticket through complicated system WITHOUT access to battle net (I choose option I cant login). It worked and I even got reply, to provide my documents / proof of ownership. I can do that no problem…
Funny thing is, they ask me to reply to that original ticket with documents, but I couldn’t access the ticket through battlenet (hyperlink in mail) because of this same authenticator issue that I wrote about And I couldn’t directly reply to mail because it is noreply@… email. So I couldn’t reply with documents in any way. This was months ago, so I can safely assume that ticket is long dead.
Now I open ticket again, because I wish to use my phone number on my currently used account for DF (it says its already in use, as I know), and didn’t get a reply for weeks already. This time I attached my documents in advance, to avoid auto bot response “please add documents” to which I cant answer, but still nothing.
Is there anything else I can do? I know the glory times of direct contact / 24-48h are long gone (I still remember though), but what can I do? My ticket(s) are dead / ignored, I can’t login there still (I don’t even care too much, just want my phone number removed so I can re-use it), so I am trying here on forum. Maybe some representative will see this and can help me.
