So. Am I right in saying you don’t loot tier 3 pieces dreadnought helm/shoulders etc from naxx. Instead you have to do a questline for Zackett Skullsmash. You can then buy dented items from him, you than repair/purify them and that gives you a random recipe so you can then make one of those pieces. And it’s rng which recipe you get?.
I just wanted to clarify.
Many thanks
P. S. If a fellow guildie earned all the recipes could they then make what I wanted?.
do the entire old scholo questline and beyond until you unlock zackett.
kill naxx bosses or run old scholo/strat to farm scourgestones
buy death’s bargain tokens
spend on Dented Raider’s items. These have a 1-2% RNG chance to become lamented. That’s what you want.
buy phylacterweave from him. Depends on the item how many you need but a full set will cost you 2.8 mil gold.
put in a work order for Cursed Cloth (or the other armor types). These can only be made by someone who has the achievement Drop Dead, Gorgeous, which they get if they already have a full T3 set.
after you pay said person probably 100+k and get your cursed cloth you use the item to transform your lamented piece into a bound on account corrupted T3 piece.
the item tooltip will say what you need to purify it so buy that from the ah or farm. Mostly Dark Runes or the orbs from strat.
Yes. The last step in the process tunes it to the class. The lamented pieces are BoE so you can send those to any alt you want it on. So are the chips you buy the rusted pieces with so you can send them to alts.
I don’t fond any clue about the entire quest in old scholo. My warlock is 18 years old, can you give me any tip? Because inside of naxx i don’t find the hook in the constructor quarter and Faerlina does not drop her tailor thing. I am missing something
Look on wowhead mate, it’s too long to type out
You do need the toy found in MoP Scholo, Krastinov’s Bag of Horrors, use it before last boss and then go to the top center room. Rest is a pretty long process.
Tier 3 seems like too many hoops to jump through. I have the Warrior and Mage ones, but after finding about about the investment of obtaining them, I’d say it’s not worth it. Might as well stalk the Black Market. Could turn out to be cheaper.
But dude! The prestige! THE PRESTIGE! Yes even one day, after doing all this, can then proudly strut among players who may or may not give a monkeys (more likely not giving a monkeys) or more likely strut on the forums screaming “MUH PRESTIGE BRUH! MUH PRESTIGE!”
