Tier 30 2-4p needs buffing for Frost

I mean title. They barely beat vault tiers and only because of the itemlevel. I saw the numbers they are something like 2-3% better overall (and not because of the effect being good but because the items are 20 ilvl higher) ? I mean that is the best they can do? I wouldn’t be happy about it.

The flurry aoe is not even great damage. 4 piece is literally only just more flurry procs… really? I mean why not add something to the effect like consuming brain freeze gives 5% spell damage for 10 seconds stacking up 2 times or something? I literally lost aoe and cleave dps breaking up my 4 piece to 2-2.

I know what it good that is not the point. The point is that this tier should be defqacto better and it is not hence needs buffing.
