It seems that tier sets have their own stats, but it’s absolutely useless for us pvpers, blizz can you please make it so pvp tier sets have vers on them?!

Its the trade-off. If you want to use 4-set you will have to give up some of your BiS stats. Though there are some pieces with versatility.
It was like this in shadowlands aswell.

It is a decision players going to make. If the set bonus sucks then it is not a clever move to use tier set but if the set bonus is a powerup then you should find 4 pieces with best priority stats, then change your enchants to compensate lost BiS stats, so that you’ll have more efficient build with minimal BiS stat loss.
Why don’t they just remove set from pvp or make the pvp helm, shoulders, chest, hands, legs a set of its own with 2 piece being vers and 4 set primary stat and stamina or something. No rng for set just buy the pvp piece and you got the set item

U still can use non set pvp items from NPC if you have problems with non-pvp stat set gear. Or you can stop crying and Just play.

We need reverse catalyst to turn set pieces to pure pvp 
Why would I want 4p ret bonus when bonus is bad, but survivability los is big. And I was “lucky” enough to collect 4th piece today from vault.

insane is that this has been said and complained for months and there some people who discover it now first time 
do u people even study anything game related while u play or do u just collect pets and mounts
