Anyone else can’t apply sockets to awakened gear? Looted neck off HC Dathea, and can’t apply sockets, basically rendering it uselss…

This was a bug last season also. Submit a ticket to be told its a known issue.
Same issue. Would be nice if someone from the Blizz team would comment on the situation, as the ticket wait time is little less than a week
