“Foror” appears to be missing, whoever they were. Maybe they were part of the great creep purge of 2021.
Foror is Alex Afrasiabi, one of the devs that were fired due to the sexual harassment scandal. They have purged from the game all references about him, and it seems in this case the item name does not contain his name but the quest description still has it, but I do not know from the screenshot if that description came from the game or from an addon.
