it’s always struck me as odd that we have timewalking dungeons for all of the older expansions but not for the classic dungeons we started with. this would be especially important since Cataclysm overrode those dungeons with revamps which, although fun, often don’t live up to their predecessors
it would be great to revist the old school Scholomance, UBRS, even Sunken Temple without having to play on the classic servers. we already know that there’s a scaled version of Molten Core from the anniversary event that could easily be adapted to a timewalking raid as well
finally, it would also be nice if we could queue for timewalking dungeons at the same time as randoms… if we can do multiple PVP queues, why not PVE too?
Can we have them back in their original Vanilla state but harder… buff all the mob damage and HP and make CCing a thing again?
Make it a thing just for the Vanilla ones - make them hard as nails, everyone knows it before-hand. If you don’t like them you can just sit them out that month. It could be a thing - like a Mythic+ without the timer.
Everyone knows they will take forever and can go into them eyes open.
They said with classic realms open if you wish to do the dungeons the choice is there so they wount do it .
Atm TW is over tuned HP wise and boring .
They need to add to dungeons or rotate then for example swap Arca for Mech then Mech for Bot in TBC so we get newish ones per time .
We will probably get Legion TW in SL so we really dont need classic.
I’m trying to think of specific examples, but yeah - you could just throw everything at most of it. In TBC there were definite Poly benefits in the dungeons though.
I think the only times we’ve CCd in classic was when we were doing first runs of dungeons and trying to be careful, but after the first, you learn which mobs need to die first and which don’t.
You are right was harder to get spell hit capped as fire i think frost had a talent ?
