I don’t see how discriminating against russian consumers is going to help anyone.
They’re normal people playing a videogame.
This anti-russian obsession the west has is part of what led us to this point.
Let’s just drop it maybe.

Nah the west accepting a criminal warlord as a legitimate leader of russia and doing business with him and paying him hand over fist for gas and other resources is what led us to this.

Just conformation from Blizzard customer support that they don’t plan to make these pets regular store items once this bundle goes away on 29th August.

So this will likely be our only chance of obtaining these pets. This Might be important info for pet collectors out there.

The way they say “these versions of the pets” hints that there could be recolors of them eventually, but the original ones will probably stay locked away, or at least for the foreseeable future.

you’re either russian or just don’t understand what’s going on.

I know what I want to say, but I don’t know if I can.
I do not belong in Gryffindor.

Agreed.

To… what point, exactly? Doggo pets or Putin LARPing as Peter the Great?

Should be 200%. A lot of companies, which makes Support Ukraine campaigns - double the amount of money simple people bring.

So if people donate 2million - Blizzard should add additional 2 million to make it 4mil.

I find it funny that you’re selling this now, I can clearly remember getting an 8 days ban from your game in 2020, for a political comment made about the actuality on the /world channel on Classic WoW.
A GM was roaming around, and I got instantly banned within 10sec after I posted my message (which wasn’t even hateful / racist / discriminating at all)

When I made a ticket and requested an unban, your GM expressively told me “there is no room for politics in World of Warcraft”.

Well, guess there are some political opinions, movements that are allowed and some aren’t.

Except that this is for humanitarian relief/aid not politics. Blizzard have done this before for countries devastated by earthquakes and natural disasters. This is similar except for a country devastated by another country’s actions. It’s something new for them to do, I think, and maybe as a result of the BlueCheck campaign. (And another sleb wow player I didn’t know played wow).
It’s helping people who’ve lost everything, not countries.

Because the russian people themselfs arnt the culprit.

Why would they ban the people themselfs?

Now that the sensible reply is out of the way we return you to the political claptrap…

People clearly don’t read and just want to get on their soapboxes. It’s disappointing to see some be so negative about a positive campaign.

Fortunately your facts aren’t even actual facts.

It’s going to be brutal if Ukraine lose and then are portrayed as evil and I’ve got a pet showing I supported them.

I do like the Classic pet though.
