Time Required For Things

Is it just me or is this game now aimed at people who don’t have a job or life completely? If I want to be able to play this game how I want to, I’m going to need to grind out hours and hours of content just to be able to do specific things, such as play Allied Races or fly in zones such as Zandalar. I know some people may have more time to do things like this but for somebody who has time to play for 2 hours maximum per night, I’d rather do something that I can be entertained by, such as PvP or a few dungeons, not grind multiple neck levels etc. I have been in and out of playing this game for the last few expansions and since the whole pathfinder thing started, the game has gone downhill insanely with how much you are expected to do. I know others will have different opinions etc, but it’s horrible when you’ve been playing this game since the age of 14, grown up with it and all of a sudden you can’t play it like you used to because Gregory from Dalaran wants a few turtles slain..

Well… Kinda… I mostly have time to make daily in few places and poof 3-5h gone. It was easier when I was playing 12h as NEET in Legion

Just deal with fact u wont have ar in few weeks and just do emisaries for rep, thats few mins a day.
Also new content, u dont need to soam visions like mad, all u have to do is 1 assault per week to be on cap with cloak.
This game requires time, bht doesnt force you to.
Ofc if u compare yourself with people who play as a living, then yea u have to quit your job and leave family cuz u need like 12h per day.. Even more with new patches

so at one instance people complain that they now have this patch for almost a year and next thing is that people complain that “things are getting to time consuming” now

Because there are hardcore nolifes and there are true casuals. You cant make both happy.

I just play what I feel that night, I get about the same playtime during week but don’t play every night. I am more casual now than ever and get done what I want. I don’t judge my experience by what others have done or got.

Did you ever see South Park Wow edition - it’s now aimed at those people, those toilet things don’t work so good though…

honestly? path finder is dull, they shoudl give us flyign when hit the max level, path fidner should give a mount wich related to the expansion, lets say in case of BFA path fidner 1 should have revared the player lets say emm a i dont know  wich is close to the 8.1. then in pathfinder 2 something Nazjatar related mount. wich should be uniwue and epic and actualy worth the grind fest for it.
so path finder woudl remain, and flying will be availabel at max level in every zone in the actual expansion.

So based on your gear you dont even play so ?

want it get it nothing is designed requiring it.

Are you kidding you complain about REWARDS for doing stuff to get them.

Seems you should not play MMORPG at all.

It’s you

Most of the rewards are designed so that you get a huge amount in very little time every day/week, but if you want to go beyond that it’ll take much longer to reach a similar result.

Just focus on the time efficient content and you’re good to go

They tried making it for people with jobs, the result is that people no longer spoke in dungeons, cross servers ruined the economy and the social aspects and of course the only relevant content was raiding then logging off for the rest of the week.

Yeah, the game is so much better now we have to wait 1.5 hours for one rare to spawn.

What I’m getting at is why should I suffer not being able to fly or not playing classes in a game that I’ve paid for because I have to spend countless hours of grinding to unlock them. Fair enough back in the days of Tekken and stuff where you could get unlockable characters but you could do that in a day easily, these kind of unlockables are taking the piss a little. I tried my best to raid back at the start of this expansion but doing that and trying to keep up with the other stuff I had to do in game was far too exhausting in day-to-day life.

It’s literally easier than ever, what are you on?

Shortest possible answer…? Yes.
Longer answer - if someone lead you to believe WoW was a game where everything was handed to you on a plate, the minute you signed up to play - they lied.

Yes? Got a problem with that? If so there are plenty of single player or coop games for casuals to play on.

Come back when you’ve played the game for ‘more than 5 minutes’; as far as WoW is concerned you’re barely out of the beginners lounge.

MMORPGs are time consuming and require time to make progress in the game. They are designed for long term playing.
If you are unhappy about that, you should consider playing another genre.
