Every time doing the Time Rift im not able to compleat also not everyone in a raid gp is able to enter the portal to close the portal quest.
so i guess untill this bug is fixed do not make a raid gp! just make a nomal gp of 5 ppl or just solo to enter the portal.
Just confirmed soloing Time rift i was able to complete the quest.
