Title says it all. This no skill proc needs to go, has done for a long time. Their slows and blinks are enough.

i agree, on the basic concept that i hate rng mechanics, and rng root is not good.
also unneded.

And yes remove it. RNG is stupid and must go.
just make it a 1% chance to root
instead of a 10% chance to root like it is currently

Yeah totally agree. The random proc roots are overly frustrating as melee and have no DR afaik.
Mages are already slippy enough to catch in most cases.
