Time to do something about this please. Each time I go, huge group of Horde. Either a phasing issue or Horde just knowingly gathering to chalk up cheap kills. (I’m sure the Alliance are up to it as well, before anyone jumps in.)
To add insults to injury, the Spirit Healer will try to raise you in the exact same spot, right in the middle of the lunatics that just killed you. So at least have our souls sent to another graveyard for the love of Mike. When this kind of thing went on at Seeker’s Vista the guards were buffed - no reason not to apply the same logic here. War Mode is not meant to be Deny People Access To Vendors Mode, and I shouldn’t have to toggle it on or off just to spend tokens.
Well, it used to a hostile zone, meaning it used to be a PvP island. Now, you have the option to not take part in the PvP by simplying turning your Warmode off. If you can’t do that, no one can help you. You want a change that is not needed, so that you don’t have to click a button, you are insanely entitled.
Well actually it was not. It was normal pve zone on pve realms with option to turn on pvp and farm things from other faction if someone wishes. But not pvp zone by default at all. But you are right, OP needs to either kill that horde or turn pvp off for that time. Simple as that.
I don’t agree with this argument. I’m more than happy to participate in World PVP and I don’t even care about getting ganked. What I don’t agree with is forcing players out of a positive choice like this. Why should I form a raid to turn in a quest item? After turning off WM in the tent (if I can make it that far), I’ve got to get back to Stormwind to turn it back on.
Well, obviously the developers didn’t agree with this argument when they responded to complaints about Seeker’s Vista. So… your rule is not a declaration of fact, I’m afraid.
I can understand your frustration expecially for having to do the trip back to SW to turn it back on. It is definately not ideal situation. What kind of changes you would suggest to make this work better?

Just turn WM off. Stupid people want everything for free and ruined. Thats why WoW is in such a bad place.
[/quote] Oh don’t be so dramatic. I’m not asking for the world here. I’m asking for a slight change that would make it a little less convenient for the chalking up of cheap kills. The people “getting things for free” are the ones getting honor from the steady trickle of players that come to the Timeless Isle vendor. World PVP is about chance encounters, finding people, running into them, hunting them down. It’s not about standing in one spot in a giant Pit of Sarlak group while Boba Fett chucks bodies into your mouth.
Imagine they agree with you and do what you suggest.
After that you will start complaining about something else.
See? The more you complain the more Blizzard are dumbing down the game.
Carchup system which most old players were against but hey new players and lazy ones agree that the system is right.
Never touching a heroic raiding and tadaaaam getting heroic loots for free.
Come on…by that logic no complaint is ever justified and nobody should ever make complaints, and every change made after a complaint causes “dumbing down of the game”. I’ve been playing this game off and on for about 8 years now and this is maybe the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve personally complained about something.
