TimeOut display Driver

Hi,

I have problem with my GPU drivers ( display driver )
My GPU - AMD Saphire Nitro + 7800XT
I got random crash in game ( too much in Mythic + ) when my Display driver do Timeout. I have freez and for 3 sec my Monitor ( screen ) is black after 3-5 sec. is up and can play. ( i reinstall all GPU drivers. ) not fixed.
