It’s a good feature for leveling, I really love it.
But I can’t get over it that when you hit level 50 you just get a HUGE TIMER 60 SECONDS that will teleport you to Orgrimmar and you can’t enjoy the questing.
For example I was enjoying my questing in Dread Wastes, and I hit level 50, and boom I’m not teleported to Orgrimmar, and I come back and I one shot mobs.
MAKE TIME WALKING CAMPAIGN AVAILABLE AT MAX LEVEL.
I want to enjoy Old Zones, and Questlines without being Overpowered and one shotting everything.
If you are getting close to dinging (and no longer being eligible for Chromie time), it is advisable to freeze your xp gain if you want to complete the expansion you are levelling through.
Same here. Have a character in particular I played since vanilla launch, through TBC and a bit of WLK with tons of progress and legacy goodies.
Picked up the character again now, thinking it would be a good excuse to finish the WLK questing, and be my legacy character of those 2 xpacs. Sudenly I’m teleported outside of zuldrak midquest with no warning, and all of the content I’d actually use this character for is unplayable. Can’t even queue for the dungeons.
Just let people play your game blizzard. Any character should be able to timewalk, just bound timewalking content to not scale past 50. I’d literally delete 1 level of most of my characters if I could right now.
