Timewalking dungeons

Why do some of my characters not have Timewalking and others do?

For example, my level 47 warrior and my level 33 priest have access to Timewalking dungeons through Dungeon Finder.

But my DH, Warlock, Mage all around level 32-38 don’t.

Do I need to do something to unlock them?

So then, you can queue for timewalking dungeons
