As the title says, I think it would be an even more epic experience to do any raid, or perhaps all of them, from the current Timewalking event’s expansion, instead of only the same raid every event. The primary purpose of this suggestion is to give us the option to play old raids the way they were intended by experiencing it for the first time or reliving good old memories from when they were current content, and last but definitely not the least important is the loot of course which everyone wants! Heading into these raids to solo them is not the same thing, you only one shot bosses without doing any of the mechanics and then the fight is over.
Currently we only have Black Temple, Ulduar and Firelands for their respective expansion. With this idea I’m suggesting we could have as mentioned in the previous paragraph, the option to play any raid of the current event’s expansion. For example Wrath of the Lich King where we could play any raid from Naxxramas up to The Ruby Sanctum. It would also make the game much more diverse by allowing different approaches as to how we would like to gear up or complete the weekly Timewalking raid and dungeon quests.
I don’t want to go too deep how this would work as game design for players as that is up to Blizzard to decide of course. But something worthy of mentioning is that I think there should be some sort of loot-lockout shared between all of the raids for the remainder of the event. The purpose of this is so that some players should not find themselves “forced” to do every single raid per event to get every chance possible at receiving gear. This makes it more relaxed and enjoyable, which is primarily why I’m suggesting this idea, so that we can have fun during these events!
