Timewalking is not an option for Dracthyrs

I made a new dracthyr warlock, boosted it to 70, i cant queue for the timewalking dungeons. I checked chromie, no options there, i lvld to 71, still cant queue for timewalking dungeons, the option doesnt show up at all in the dungeon finder.

Shows up on all my other characters though.
