Timewalking leveling

Hello guys,
So the problem is came back when you want to leveling in timewalking, you don’t get enough xp for it, so basiclly a normal dungeon gives you at least ~60k xp the timewalking gives like 7k so its not worth it do to, not like back in bfa when we were 120.

Whole TW this time around is joke.

Normal dungeon ilvl loot and vendors having lower than leveling ilvl is just middle-finger.

For main, doing 5 dungeons for 200ilvl which is lower than you are currently wearing in most cases is not really worth it either.

Nothing new to spend tokens either.

Timewalking exists to collect currency to buy mounts, pets, toys and an alternate source to some old transmog. It lets you play some content that might be obsolete like max level dungeons from previous expansions.

Also it’s not a really bad way to casually gear, especially since it doesn’t really care about your current ilvl and I believe at max level the drops are about the same ilvl as what you’d get from LFR.

And I don’t believe they’d want it to be a substitute to the traditional leveling.

You are stating this as a fact but it’s just your opinion. If it was just to collect vanity items, why even bother having gear drop?

The part I do agree with is the levelling - but not in a good way. Levelling by TW was never super efficient, it was just an alternative. Murdering the bonus xp from completing the instance is a case of blizzard railroading the playerbase into doing things the ‘correct’ way.

Increasingly this game has become a fairground ride where we all strap in and go around the same routes, no deviation allowed. In case you are wondering, I don’t think this is a good thing.

Oh, that’s a shame. :frowning: We have threads of fate as an alternative now but it’s way too slow…

Nice name btw
