Everytime I get this quest it removes by itself. I completed 1 timewalking? It removed. I did something else? It also removed. When I will completed any other quest - it will also be removed.

Same problem for me. Thought i was going mad 
Just logged in, picked up the quest, did nothing, went to Dornogal for worldquests and poof gone

Following for update. Same issue.
Honestly, BLIZZ, how? I had already progressed on that quest, but haven’t completed and now when I logged in today, i need to start from the beginning.
U can’t even complete it still so don’t try and don’t waste ur time.

The same thing happens to me with some of my characters, I accept the mission and as soon as I enter the dungeon it is deleted, if I accept it inside the dungeon it tells me when I finish it and when I leave the dungeon the mission is gone, I have to wait for them to fix it.

Noticed yesterday and today the problem persists. It’s a shame not being able to make the most of the last week of the event.
Same here, lost the quest about 5 times between yesterday and today.
Did dungeons, they’re not counting, great

I had similar issues yesterday. I was trying to do it from Tanaris then.
Today I thought I’d give it another go. After the first dungeon it wasn’t there anymore, but maybe it just wasn’t tracked, I’m not sure. The quest giver (in Orgrimmar) had a speech balloon with dots though. I talked to him. It did count the first one, after that I just stayed near the quest giver in Orgrimmar during the whole affair, without further issues.
I did all dungeons except Zul’Farrak.
In case someone still wants to try and any of this is helpful.
I did try to take the quest from the guy in Stormwind. Stayed with him, jumped in a dungeon, and the quest was gone
same here with every char
For some reasons on two alts I can complete it. I’ve done the quest last week on both. On my main the quest disappeares on itself… I can’t figure out, why it works on some chars and not on others.
