On October 31st, I attempted to transfer approximately 8,000 Timewarped Badges to an alt character. The transfer didn’t go through initially, and the balance didn’t update. I tried a few more times, each attempt showing “in progress,” but eventually, my entire balance disappeared. About 20 minutes after noticing the issue, I opened a ticket with Blizzard Support.
The support team investigated but couldn’t find any record of the transfer. They suggested submitting a bug report, thinking it could be a glitch. However, I’m quite frustrated since the transfer didn’t complete, and now my entire balance is gone. I spent hours earning those badges, and it’s disappointing to see them vanish.
In multiple conversations with GMs, they told me there was nothing they could do and directed me to open a topic here on the forums. I’ve been unable to find anyone who can actually help resolve this issue, and it’s frustrating that they suggested I come here to post about it. I’m not sure why this process has taken so long, and I still don’t have a clear solution.
would appreciate any help or guidance on this issue, and if anyone else has experienced the same problem, your support on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

i assume your issue is related to why they have currently disabled transfers.
Got the same issue on November 7th.
Was going to transfer about 9800 badges to my main, first it got stuck then on the second try they disappeared, showing an error message. Really frustrating as i just had leveled every class up to 80 during the xp boost in Tanaris, and was going to put them to use 
Haven’t made a ticket as the in game support says there isn’t anything to do for the time being. Really annoying and frustrating.

Same problem here.
Transferred 5946 Badges. Transfer never went through. Made a bug report, made an ingame Ticket - since its not “currency lost because of conversion” … and the best part is. You can even see the Bug in the Warband Transfer Log … Toon A transfers x amount to B. Result: A and B are at 0 Badges…
Should be easy to revert or at least compensate…since its a clearly visible and ingame logged bug …

Aye, I had this last night. Logged a ticket, but no response yet. First issue I’ve had with any Warbound transfers. I’m holding off making any more transfers until the issue is properly fixed.

Just had a response to a ticket I raised about missing TW badges I tried to transfer between characters yesterday.
There are reports of transfers leading to the complete loss of the transferred currency. There’s currently “no work-around or resolution” to this, but the dev team are investigating.

After losing 8,150 Timewarped Badges, now my Bronze Celebration Tokens disappeared during transfer! When are you planning to fix such critical issues? You really need to get your game fixed already—this is seriously testing my patience!
the rewards are account wide ? why you wanted to transfer the currency ?
Because it’s much more convenient to buy rewards on one character. I ran a bunch of alts through Blackrock LFR this week and had 10 bronze on each. But the tmog sets cost 20 each (after discount), so I transferred the bronze to a single alt and bought the sets I wanted.
With TW badges it’s more important as the mounts are 5k each and the weekly reward per alt is 500 badges.

Same issue here, tried to transfer around 6.1k badges and now all gone. Tried to contact support, they said there’s nothing they can do about it and recommended to submit a bug, which I’ve done. Not sure what else I can do, this is seriously frustrating and demotivating, considering it’s a paid service.
Thanks to all of you for reporting - I’ll be careful and avoid transferring currencies is possible.
i just tried it myself, first with 1 badge, it transferred, then 4 badges, also transferred. then 10, then 100 then 200 and then 250. but when i started with 200 i got worried because it took come time, maybe ten seconds. i also started recording with shadowplay to have proof if it fails.
This bug happened to me at the launch of the 11.0 prepatch a few months ago as well but instead of Timewalking Badges it was other currencies, such as Seafarer’s Doubloon (roughly 1100) and Honourbound Tokens (roughly 800).
I have made multiple tickets to Game Masters but they haven’t done anything other than writing that I should submit a bug report. I’m sceptical to if a bug report is going to restore all those tokens, think it’s an issue for Customer Support to fix, but I have my hopes that one day it’ll be fixed.
It’s frustrating to see that so many of us are facing the same issue with badge losses during transfers, but it’s also somewhat reassuring to know we’re not alone. I’ve encountered a similar problem, losing badges in the transfer process, and support hasn’t provided a satisfactory solution so far. Keeping this thread active might help draw more attention to the issue. Hopefully, Blizzard addresses this badge loss problem promptly. I encourage other players who have experienced this to share their stories here as well. Since we’re all paying for this service, I believe we deserve a quick resolution.

I honestly don’t know why they never just pooled all the currencies into one interface from all your characters and let any of them contribute to it or take from it. So many other games have this interface and its just simple.
