On October 31st, I attempted to transfer approximately 8,000 Timewarped Badges to an alt character. The transfer didn’t go through initially, and the balance didn’t update. I tried a few more times, each attempt showing “in progress,” but eventually, my entire balance disappeared. About 20 minutes after noticing the issue, I opened a ticket with Blizzard Support.
The support team investigated but couldn’t find any record of the transfer. They suggested submitting a bug report, thinking it could be a glitch. However, I’m quite frustrated since the transfer didn’t complete, and now my entire balance is gone. I spent hours earning those badges, and it’s disappointing to see them vanish.
In multiple conversations with GMs, they told me there was nothing they could do and directed me to open a topic here on the forums. I’ve been unable to find anyone who can actually help resolve this issue, and it’s frustrating that they suggested I come here to post about it. I’m not sure why this process has taken so long, and I still don’t have a clear solution.

I wanted to follow up regarding my unresolved issue with the missing Timewarped Badges after the transfer attempt. Despite my previous post, I have yet to receive a resolution or any further guidance on recovering the lost balance. Given the time-sensitive nature of this matter and the impact on my gameplay, I would greatly appreciate any update or support in ensuring this issue is addressed.
I’ve submitted a ticket, but I’m not getting any help! My 8,150 Timewarped Badges still haven’t been restored, and now I’m losing even more in-game currencies! I know Blizzard isn’t a company that can’t handle fixing issues like this—please resolve these problems. My trust is starting to fade.

Same issue here, tried to transfer around 6.1k badges and now all gone. Tried to contact support, they said there’s nothing they can do about it and recommended to submit a bug, which I’ve done. Not sure what else I can do, this is seriously frustrating and demotivating, considering it’s a paid service.

Same here - lost over 10k badges and support have been completely unhelpful. Even provided screenshots of the specific transactions as well as the times the transaction was attempted.
