Timewarped Relic Coffer Key Not dropping from BRD and another bug

Said items are not dropping for me from any of the BRD event bosses.

Another bug is if you kill a boss and exit the raid before looting it, you will not receive the items in your mail as you should.

If anyone could answer me this also id appreciate it, i would have created this thread in the support section but i was unable to create new topics, anyone know the reason for this?

The timewarped coffer keys are capped at each difficulty level to 120 keys, is it possible you’ve hit the cap for the raid level you’re running?
