Tindral 2nd phase hover bug

Now this is something I’ve now experienced twice on 2 different characters and only in LFR, as I’m too lazy to really want to do normal/heroics this season, until TWW arrives.

However, is this also happening to others and in different difficulties?

I can understand Blizzard wants to save money by firing most of their QA team to hire people from countries, where they can pay just a fraction of the cost, but I’m surprised that so many bugs are present in this prepatch >_<

He does that when you got AFKers not flying to his platform… he ends up targeting them for some reason floating about.

Taunting him as he runs off sorts that from my experience.

Interesting, I’ll keep that taunting trick over the next few weeks.

Are they afk or are they stuck in the wrong flight mode?

Because yesterday when I did LFR TSwift I couldn’t mount up as before because of the change to how flying works. So then I cast my change flying mode, and it wouldn’t let me mount up. It takes so long to cast I think you’re counted as being in combat and the feather effect has worn off. So yesterday the game teleported me to the boss fight on the next platform.

Today in LFR portals appeared after a time you can run through to move to the next platform. Then I got stuck on Tswift platform after he died cos I can’t mount up to get to Fyrakk. Fortunately the raid understood that it’s buggy and there are issues and summoned the people who were stuck.

I’m not saying there aren’t afkers in raids. Just that it’s not always the case.

There is currently a bug with all flying bosses in that they simply don’t phase. I had it with Alysrazor in Firelands but there was a work around, I don’t know of one for Tindral.

I guess this is something that look at, when it comes to prepatches and older content. Hopefully this can be resolved prior to TWW being released, or it will just be something like in MoP, where they just ignore it xD
