When I watch keybinding tutorials they never mention Caps Lock. It’s in such a good spot! Also don’t have the inconvenience of accidentally pressing it.
I don’t know if Blizzard let’s you bind it these days or if Windows let’s you remap it. I’ve used KeyTweak since WOTLK.
And always you press it to dismount, instead of just the ability you were going to use?
No argument that Caps Lock is in a good spot, but it’d make me look like a spastic in chat because I’d either forget to toggle it back or use an ability I don’t want to just to turn it off.
A solid gamer move!
I have 16 button mouse now, but my fingers are to big to use more than ~ 8 of them reliable or 4 efficiently.
I guess the 12 button version would be better for me, cause its just have 1 row in between, and its easier to find the right buttons without looking at the mouse.
I happent to get corsair scimitar from sale by chance and werent aware of the adjustable 12 thumb button position it has but think its good idea. Makes the lowest buttons accessable easily for everyones hand after adjusting the position with 1 screw. Under wheel theres 2 buttons aswell
Now the corsairs ICUE software is story of its own, but its alright once all set just took bit time
Check out KeyTweak. It’s a lightweight simple program. I simply remapped CapsLock with “=/+”. It switches there spot. So the Caps Lock feature wont function at all. Quality of life change.
