I’ve killed the last boss of Tirna Scithe, which is the Quest’s Objective, for several times, and it never counts… it must be bugged or something.
Are you killing it in Mythic+ or N/H/M0? Players have never been able to complete quest objectives in M+, been that way since they were introduced in Legion.
If that isn’t the case and you have been going in on N/H/M0 then your best hope is to submit an ingame ticket so Blizzard can investigate.
