I think the Titan Infused portals are not always working as intended. It suppose to send you to a mining node, but for whatever reason (perhaps not having any nodes nearby) it sometimes sends you to a same node you just harvested. Its pretty annoying if you spending your time farming for minerals.

I had one dump me into 3 elites earlier! It’s the luck of the draw.
Usual just get spit out at the same location I jumped into the portal but from a different angle. Super exciting…

Remember the quest in the azure shore where you use an arcane disk to destroy a whole army of gnolls? Thats where the portal send me.
never unleash them, waste. i go for hardened atm.

This is the way.
The Rousing Order that you get from Empowering is still valuable as a resource - Enchanting especially
rousing earth sells hard atm, and i dont even get that much more if i unleash titan? just a bugfest.
Depends on what level your elemental mining spec is.
I usually get between 7 and 12. Each rousing one goes for 200+ gold currently. Rousing earth currently goes for roughly 50 ot 59 gold a piece?
Using it on titan-touched is the way to go from a gold farming perspective. The portal is a bonus you can just ignore as it is useless 99% of the time.
EDIT: and that is with my elemental branch only having a single point in it.
