Titan Residuum Question

I scrapped a 340 item obtained 5 minutes ago from the Arathi Warfront and got 0 Titan Residuum. According to Wowhead I was suppose to get 1 Titan Residuum. Anyone else getting a similar issue? I know old items and lower than 340 items give 0, but all new 340 items are supposed to give 1 or will this only start working after 22 January 2019?

I did the same thing and got 1 TR.

Is it supposed to be a 100% drop rate?

Yeah, I’ve observed no RNG with scrapping these.

340=1 TR
355=3 TR
370=12 TR

No more no less.

TR is not RNG based so you should always receive the correct amount, be it from scrapping or M+ chest (unless it has a chance to Warforge/Titanforge, wouldn’t surprise me at this point lol ). So are you sure you scrapped an azerite piece and not some other item?
