I’m saving them for next patch. But I have three x 415
The price for azerite gear increases with every patch, so it’s unwise to save it, since what gets you a 415 piece now, will barely afford something useful next season.

Even if the price-points go up 10-20% for the new iL cap. items and the rest scales down, it’d be a help/bonus.
Aren’t they using a new currency?
If you’re playing other spec’s just get something for those, if you already have offspec gear then save them.
but don’t expect to buy a 445 straight away because its probably going up by at least x10, i already have both pieces for both specs on my main so i am just saving them now cause i can’t do anything with them.

Titan residuum is staying but there is also a new gearing system introduced in Nazjatar, check the video in the link above.
The price of the pieces and the amount you get will multiply again, so not really worth it imo. just used my 6k to try to get BiS pieces from rng boxes instead.
Yes keep them so you can buy 1 of the lowest specific armor pieces when the patch hits.
Or buy 2 of the lowest pieces, So you can always play the Azerite Armor Lotto!!

At best you will save the equivalent of 1 week’s chest intake. And thats if you started saving a month ago.
So you can have somrthing out of saving.
But if you don’t have 3 x 415 it’s better to invest in your present gains.
If there’s nothing you need now, save it. I saved for 2 months before 8.1 hit. Had enough for 1/4 of a 415 random lol. The scaling means it’ll cost nearly 6500 titan if it’s x4 like the last patches. over 24,000 for a specific…
445 (i think or w/e mythic is) random piece will cost around 18k, so yeah saving isnt a bad idea, im sitting at 14k rn, + ill scrap my other pieces and should have aproximately enough for one mythic random piece when 8.2 is here
I don’t think the vendor items will go up in ilevel after patch. Seems blizz want people to move on to the upgradable gear in Naz. If it does go up in ilevel it probably will be a new currency. (makes the most sense to stop stockpiling which they do not like)
