Titanforging; Last effort

Its not just the people that dont raid and still get that mythic gear…
What the first video showed was: 2 people raid and for both drops the exact same item with a “small” difference. One gets a 370 and the other one 385 of the same item. The cucumber monkey is the one that gets the 370 and is frustrated. I dont understand how Blizzard can call that “fair”, “fun” or even “motivation”. I raided actively raided in BC/WOTLK but i stoped raiding completly in MoP. In my opinion it was pointless… the effort for the items i get was not worth it compared to the items i get thrown at. In BFA its especially bad. I did each LFR-Wing once… thats it. There is no fun or motivation to do raids for me. I did 3 islands and i hated them since… i cant bring myself to do them… it just feels like a waste of time. Even more of a waste than farming old content for transmogg.

Titanforging was the worst kind of content “stretching” blizzard could have come up with and i dont understand how they dont get it…

Know what then? TF gone, problem solved. Be happy with your with your max IL 340 gear if not doing M+ or raiding. But then you will complain yo’u’re stuck. This stupid saying raiding shouldn’t reward gear, it’s a means to an end and also a temporary reward till you clear it. Aside from it, if I clear the hardest difficulty bosses yet I ahve worse than Mc. Scrub thanks to forging I feel rightfully cheated. Options:

-Remove foring all together
-Cap it to +10 tops
-Cap it to +15 at the most.

I honestly don’t care what my ILVL is or how high I can stack it up to. Not the point of the game for me.

That being said, I also don’t fault those who are motivated by that. My original post aimed to point out a systematic problem: a lot of people raid or do mythic+ only if they can get either perceived prestige or numerical advantage from it. Preferably both. They don’t actually care for any of those encounters. Meanwhile Blizzard is pumping a huge amount of money, a lot of time, and great many talented employees into said encounters.

I believe that the playerbase would be better served if Blizzard diversified its offering of content instead of constantly changing around the rate of loot acquisition and the relative worth of said loot while at the same time never innovating not just how one gets loot (taken from enemy, given as quest reward, crafted) but in what ways can that loot be used.
