Titanstrike?

Hi guys. my char is a 103lvl BM. Finished the quests and got my Titanstrike.
But as i saw in my Order hall all icons are disabled. Hati is not equiped its all grey.
I read somewhere a much older post in the old forums that its disabled to save azeroth or something in broken shore. but i havent got even that far!
I also got from a quest one storm thingy, put it in my titanstrike’s slot. but thats it. it did add 3 more lvl in my weapon but nothing else changed or was enabled…

Am i doing anything wrong or have i forgot something.

All artifact weapons are disabled after bfa has launched. doenst matter when you get it. Nothing that you do can change them to active mode.
Although when you hit lvl 120 you can get hati again as a pet

At most you can put in relics (much like gems) to boost its ilvl.
