Spent weeks waiting for my Druid mythic cloak to drop, hours of trying, and it turned into a Deathknight cloak in the Catalyst. This is aggravating and obviously broken.
Second bug? EU people are unable to actually post bugs to the forums, because you’ve migrated bug reports to the US forums, and we can’t use those.
There has never been an EU bug report forum, we can just report bugs in game.
- Press Esc to open the main menu.
- Click Support.
- Select Submit feedback or bug report.
- Click the Submit a bug tab.
- Type a detailed description of the issue and submit.
However, if you really want to post it on the US bug report forum you can do this courtesy of your EU sub, add a starter account to your existing bnet and level a character to 10 in order to be able to post.
Neither method will get a response, but the reports go to the right people.
Which is what lead me through this process. When I tried to report a bug ingame, there is now just a link telling you to do it on the forums (the original options to do it in game are no longer available.

Lovely, thanks, I don’t seem to be allowed to post screenshots/links, but when I click that ‘submit feedback or bug report’ I get “if you want to report a bug, please use the provided in-game systems to notify our development team directly” followed by nothing more than a bug icon and a link to the US forums.
I’ve clicked the same button in the Retail version and it shows me the same image Punyelf has shown so far.

I know some get the wrong information on the launcher if they choose the wrong language like we have to choose English (UK) for EU but not heard of it affecting the in game menu.
I imagine you would be asked to do a UI reset and disable addons to check what the issue is.
