today i hit lv 60 , how can i friendly with emerald Warden for t.n.t rune ? There is no daily quests for me (1000 rep per day)?
For now the only way is to do repeatable (unlimited times, its not daily) quest for profession resources (mining, herb, skinning). Resources can be geathered inside incursions or bought on AH. It’s pretty expensive (for friendly you need 50 quests = 500 reagents, each cost 1-2g atm, 500-1000g total) so probably blizzard will add other ways to get rep on 60 in future, but for now it’s the only way.

Omg !!! i hope blizz will fix it , otherwise its imposible for me to do that.
yes, the paradox is that you can easely do it on leveling but if you didnt do it on levelling you have to spend insane amount of gold on 60. Its defenitely need to be fixed.
UPD. Just visited the vendor and looks like rune no longer requires friendly (no friendly requirement on item), i am not 100% sure that you can buy it on neutral rep because i myself have friendly, but you can test.

Drop from mobs while doing something else never got it from emerald wardens

Quests from Zalgo the Explorer no longer erroneously give Zandalar Tribe reputation. They now give reputation for the Emerald Wardens up to friendly 5999/6000. These quests will always reward the same amount of reputation based on level.
All runes sold by the Emerald Wardens quartermasters no longer require reputation to purchase. Catnip and Wolfshead Trophy no longer require Emerald Wardens reputation to purchase.
