…what is wrong with you? I mean, really? You are given a choice to ride an Ancient, a Flying BOOK, and a Nerubian, all of these concepts being super-interesting to see as mounts, and you choose…this! I won’t delve deep into the factors that led you make that horrific decision, but let’s face it: Both the caterpillar and the slime cat are objectively ugly concepts. I am very glad that the Ancient won, even if the book sounded interesting as well.

not quite. they just gave a written concept of each of the mounts and then we had to vote on it and then blizzards artists will make something out of it.

Indeed, hence the diversity of cultures, ideologies, and what not. But how can you not wish for an Ancient or a flying book in WoW? Or, better, how can you imagine riding a caterpillar?
