I’ve had Horrific Lag spikes even freezing from now and then!, especially in Cities overall, aswell as Objects not loading til like 10 - 15 secs later.
I contacted the support about this issue yesterday and his steps seems to have worked very well, as now i can Heart back to Zandalari [Dazar’alor]
without getting any freezes at all nor Mount cast delay!
I just wanted to share his steps to you who’s having issues with Stuttering - Freezes - Lag Spikes!.

Follow these steps however whenever the cinematic starts at step 7 in this article! hit Alt + F4

The game was pretty much Unplayable for me with all the lag spikes / Freezes!.
