Game menue, Options, Keybindings — toggle world map pane, doesnt work, (clicking once brings the world map yes, but clicking the second time doesnt take the world map away =/ ).
I’m assuming based on the character you posted on that this is in Classic? (I have no issue with this in Retail).
If you think this is a bug and have tried the obvious (disabling addons etc) then the best thing to do is report it in-game as a bug using the option provided as reports rarely get read here and won’t get seen by the people who need to look into it.

Yeah it can be confusing especially if your new to WoW but basically these are community forums, that is players helping players. There are a small number of staff (blue posters) but mostly they are just moderators keepin things in check. They may occasionally reply to a post to offer advise on a subject (such as links to support articles) or to provide feedback on a situation from other departments. But they can not access your account/game and have nothing to do with bug fixing.
If you have found a bug in game then you need to report it via the in-game option as that is the only way the team responsible for fixing game bugs will see it, that team does not check the forums. The other option is to post the bug on the US forums which has a bug reporting section unlike EU but you will need a level 10 char on US server to post.

I would try disabling addons first though. I have no issue opening and closing the map in Classic.
