As title says, the Tol Barad Commendations from Daily Quests on the Tol Barad Peninsula should be transferable. This currency used to be PvP-related, but it is now purely obtained by doing Dailies, which can be done without Warmode.
The grind for cosmetics, mounts and pets are very tedious, requiring more than 1000 Commendations, corelating to 1000+ Dailies.
This is old content, just like Argent Tournament in Icecrown.
The currency should be transferable just like Champion’s Seal.

There are a lot of things that aren’t transferable, and I’m unable to see any reason for it other than a general attitude of “you can have a warband - kinda”.
The system was potentially awesome but its impact is let down by all the exceptions. This is a great example. What’s the criteria for making dubloons and seals transferable, but not TB commendations?

I assume it was simply overlooked by the fact that it is a “PvP Currency” even though it really isnt. 
Sightless eye aren’t transnferable either 
But why ruin a thing by making it useful to the players
