Tol Dagor Doing Quest-Need to get Key, help please

I’m stuck at doing the Kul Tiras quest, once I got asked to go to the Tol Dagor dungeon and kill one of the bosses and claim a key. I’m level 52 so I cant que for dungeons unless its shadow lands only. Please help :<

I have the same issue. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we can no longer access any lower level dungeon we want. I’m doing the q chain for the achievements and it’s impossible to find a group if you’re not in a guild, especially as the Looking For Group channel was removed. The only advice I’ve found is soloing when you hit 60 which is a crazy solution!
Blizzard - Let us access any dungeon from Dungeon Finder!
