Are there any pre-requisites to get this item or can I juist start farming in Maldraxus for it as a 60 hunter?
I read an article somewhere that said you had to complete the Bastion storyline 1st but none of the comments on Wowhead mentioned that.
No pre-requisites, just a simple drop.
It has the highest chance to drop from Maldraxxus open world Elites and dungeon (Plaguefall and ToP) bosses and mobs.
